It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the web pages of the Library of the American University in the Emirates (AUE).

AUE Library and Information Resources Center (LIRC) seek to provide its user community, with the most comprehensive information resources pertinent to learning and teaching endeavors at the University as well as resources that will satisfy their quest for knowledge and recreation needs.

The AUE LIRC continues to be guided by its mission to provide quality services, learning resources, and information literacy programs in support of the diverse academic community. With this aim in mind, we continue to build our print, multimedia, and electronic networked information resources at a robust pace considering the information requirements of our library users. Moreover we are expanding the reach of our users by making agreements with other academic libraries for resource sharing. Here, at the AUE LIRC, we are committed to serve you and we believe that your creative suggestions will further help us in making the library services and resources more useful to you and the entire user community.
