Welcome to the General Services Department (GSD) at the American University in the Emirates, GSD is responsible for the following services within the AUE:

• Safety and Security.

• Cleaning Services.

• Operation and Control of Utilities (A/C and Electricity)

• Locksmith work.

• Mail service.

• Stores.

• Transportation.

• Accommodation.

Mission Statement

To participate in the accomplishment of the AUE vision to be one of the premier institutions in the UAE, by providing the relevant physical facilities, grounds, support personnel and tools necessary to achieve its mission.
