The MBA Program offers a stimulating and challenging learning experience providing learners with a firm foundation in the main management disciplines. The learners develop new ways of thinking, communicating and managing projects. The group study experience and work-based assignments help their personal development and leadership skills.
The program is geared to establish learners in a challenging career with a core set of skills such as TQM, E Commerce and International trade, Leadership and Change Management and MIT.
Recently with the approval of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research the learners interested in achieving a career in Health Administration, the AUE is offering Elective in Hospital & Health Care Management , that will earn the distinguish MBA (Health Administration).

4. Thesis (6 Credits)

AUE has the special topics course and thesis research in area of the specialization. Upon attending 7 core courses and passing them successfully (AGPA 3.0), MBA students are allowed to submit their thesis plan to the MBA Coordinator. During summer time, the MBA coordinator in coordination with the Dean of COBA, the thesis topics will be approved and the supervisors will be assigned for each student. This policy will allow the students to start writing their thesis in advance and hence their graduation can be achieved successfully by the end of the third semester.

MBA students who are not interested to be specialized in one of the proposed specializations, they are entitled to choose additional two elective course in lieu of the thesis.
