Specializations (5 Courses/ 15 Credit Hours)
These specializations (media sales) equip students with the art of setting product and services through broadcast, print and internet. Companies can use social media channels as a way for increasing its goodwill and trustworthiness which may ultimately result in better branding. Most companies wonder how the purchase funnel looks like when consumers evaluate products they think about buying. This shows that retailers and merchants need a broader cross-channel approach to boost sales and enhance customer purchase decisions.
